Problems
A good problem to have is that the course is very detailed. So if you are sure that you want to make use of website flipping as a means to earn money online, then only go for it.
One issue I see is that you will first have to spend money upfront to buy a website. Note that in buying a website you will have to be very careful as if you do not select a website that has good potential, your investment may not give you the required returns on investment. However Ryan promises to address the issue by giving concise and easy to follow steps which will help you in making a good choice.
My Conclusion
The course is good for people who do not have the time and expertise to build a website, create products to sell, drive traffic to it using SEO , PPC or other such techniques, build a list and then to monetize it. By buying a ready made website you do not have to worry about the above factors. You get a ready made website, ready made product or products, a ready made list and revenue generating website.
If you are okay with some amount of upfront investment I would recommend you to go for it.
