As soon as you buy a website you must install Google Analytics on it. Google Analytics is very simple to install. It gives you the advantage that you can now track daily visitors on you website, the keywords through which they have hit your website and much more. This is important because the day you decide to do site flipping, the buyers would like to see all the above information. So this is the first thing you do when you buy a website.

Tip 2 – Website Appearance:

Change the appearance of the website if you think it is not suitable. You can do this by changing the header of the website. If you are using WordPress, then you can buy a good theme to make your site SEO, AdSense optimized.

Tip 3 – Backlinking:

You should start building backlinks to your website immediately. Build backlinks to the inner pages of the website also, apart from the home page. The content must be relevant to your website and must not be a replica of any other content. Monetization can be done in many ways  like add affiliate products from ClickBank, Amazon, etc , build an email list and mail the list using offers, add Google Adsense to the website, etc. You must choose the method that you find suitable for your taste.
